Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Join La Fence Craft Inc as an Installation Technician and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing outdoor spaces in Rosemead, CA. We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Install various types of fencing and gates with precision and care.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements.
• Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service during installations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Report project progress and any issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Previous experience in fence installation or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools.
• Basic knowledge of construction safety practices.
