Help manufacture components that power aircraft latching systems used across commercial, military, and space applications. Our client—an industry leader with 80+ years of aerospace heritage—offers a stable, growth‑minded environment in Placentia, California.
Schedule & Shifts
- Location: Placentia, CA
- Shifts: 1st (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM), 2nd (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM), 3rd (9:00 PM – 5:30 AM)
- Structure: 8-hour shifts with optional overtime
- Openings across: Milling, Lathe, Swiss, and Mill‑Turn
What you’ll do
- Set up and run vertical CNC equipment to produce parts to spec.
- Interpret the production plan, stage job orders, and prepare machines and tooling.
- Care for equipment with routine lubrication, cleaning, and inspections.
- Adjust tooling, offsets, and parameters to achieve required tolerances per CNC programs.
- Inspect parts to confirm blueprint and dimensional conformance.
What you bring
- 3–6 years in a production machine shop.
- Ability to read/interpret engineering blueprints accurately.
- Hands-on skill with micrometers, calipers, and other precision gauges.
- Strong detail orientation and consistent quality habits.
- Clear English communication and comfort following technical instructions.
