Core ResponsibilitiesDirect Therapy: Deliver 1:1 intervention sessions based on individualized treatment plans.Skill Building: Teach communication, social skills, play, and self-help independence.Data Collection: Accurately record and track client behavior and progress during sessions.Collaboration: Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs, families, and clinical teams.

Qualifications and RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or GED minimum; some roles prefer or require college coursework or a degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
