Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Perris Oases is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver & Med-Tech to join our team in Perris, CA. Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Administer medications accurately and on schedule in accordance with care plans and state regulations
- Monitor and document residents' health status, behaviors, and any changes in condition
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure resident safety
- Build trusting, supportive relationships with residents and their families
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for all residents
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and healthcare team members regarding resident needs
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a caregiver, CNA, home health aide, or in a similar caregiving role preferred
- Valid California Medication Technician (Med-Tech) certification or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow individualized care plans
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a resident-first attitude
- Ability to pass a background check and health screening
- Strong communication and documentation skills
