Human Resources Generalist

- Onsite | $27–$33/hour
Are you an experienced HR Generalist with a background in construction who enjoys being involved in all areas of Human Resources?
We’re looking for a hands-on HR professional to join a growing organization in San Dimas, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes variety—you’ll support everything from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and performance management.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support HR operations across a multi-state workforce
- Recruit, onboard, and orient new employees
- Process weekly multi-state payroll
- Support employee relations and workplace concerns
- Administer benefits and the company’s 401(k) plan
- Coordinate performance reviews and employee development
- Help maintain compliance with employment laws, leave requirements, and OSHA regulations
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR data
- Prepare reports and analyze information using Excel
- Coordinate domestic and international business travel
- Support additional HR projects and initiatives
WHAT YOU BRING:
- At least 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
- At least 2+ years of construction industry experience
- Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits, and 401(k)
- Ability to work onsite in San Dimas, CA
