Pediatrician (MD/DO)

We’re hiring a Pediatrician who wants meaningful relationships with children and families, a structured outpatient schedule, and the opportunity to make a lasting community impact.

You’ll provide comprehensive outpatient care from infancy through adolescence, including preventive medicine, acute and chronic care, developmental screening, and family education.

\n

\n • 20-minute visits at approximately 3 patients per hour
\n • Two telehealth visits incorporated into each day
\n • Administrative time built into the end of each clinic day

\n • You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

\n • You’re comfortable with efficient documentation and in-basket management

\n • Experienced Pediatricians and new graduates are welcome
\n • EPIC and community health experience are preferred

Compensation & Benefits
\n • Competitive base salary based on experience
\n • Health insurance: Employer pays approximately 80%
\n • Dental & vision: Employer pays approximately 80%
\n • Employer-paid life insurance
\n • Up to 4 weeks vacation + 7 holidays + 1 floating holiday
