You’ll be the go-to for all things HR—helping us onboard smoothly, stay compliant, and keep our team feeling supported and fired up. We’ve got teams across the U.S. and Canada, so flexibility, follow-through, and a “let’s make it happen” mindset are key.

What you’ll be jumping into:

- Assist with employee onboarding and employee support
- Making sure we stay up to date on multi-state compliance, policies, and HR best practices
- Coordinating payroll, benefits, and leave tracking (with support from the team)
- Helping manage employee files, contracts, and systems
- Supporting team development, performance reviews, and internal ops
- Being a culture builder—bringing energy, empathy, and solutions every day

What we’re looking for:
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of HR experience and a solid grip on labor laws and compliance
- Someone who’s proactive, approachable, and can handle sensitive stuff with care
- A systems thinker who can build or improve a process without overcomplicating it
- Experience with HR tools like ADP, iSolve, Gusto, Airtable, or similar platforms
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in cannabis, CPG, or another fast-moving industry
