Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is suited for an accounting specialist who enjoys working in a fast-moving growth environment and taking ownership of core financial operations. The position will support accurate reporting, strengthen accounting processes, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain sound financial controls.
Responsibilities:
• Direct the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities to ensure financial results are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Examine and authorize journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports to maintain the accuracy of accounting records.
• Manage general ledger activity, accruals, revenue accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations while supporting strong financial integrity.
• Develop and refine accounting procedures and internal controls that can support continued business growth and operational complexity.
• Work closely with international headquarters, internal departments, and outside accounting partners to align financial reporting and resolve accounting matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce close timelines, and enhance the reliability of financial reporting.
• Support ERP and reporting system improvements, including enhancements, integrations, and optimization efforts related to accounting operations.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including experience guiding or leading others.
• Demonstrated success in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, or rapidly changing business setting.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, lookup functions, complex formulas, and data analysis.
• Practical experience working with SAP in an accounting environment.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting principles.
• Experience coordinating audits and partnering effectively with external auditors.
• Fluency in English.
