We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead our pharmacy operations with energy and precision. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily pharmacy functions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, delivering exceptional patient care & increasing business by providing excellent customer service. As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will serve as the clinical leader, managing pharmacy staff, maintaining medication safety protocols, and fostering a patient-centered environment that promotes health and well-being. Your expertise will drive operational excellence while upholding the highest standards of pharmaceutical practice.

Duties

  • Lead and manage the pharmacy team, including pharmacists, technicians, and support staff, to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws, drug regulation policies, and healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies
  • Maintain accurate inventory management of pharmaceuticals and adherence to drug regulation guidelines
  • Promote a culture of excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about medication use, health concerns, and healthcare compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • Valid pharmacist license in good standing with comprehensive knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws
  • Proven ability to manage pharmacy teams while maintaining high standards of practice in pharmacy operations
  • Excellent client communication skills with a focus on patient service excellence within healthcare compliance frameworks

Pay: $65.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
