Must Have:

- 8+ years in Java Development & Business Analysis

- Strong backend development & troubleshooting
- Hands-on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) & BigQuery
- API & third-party integrations
- Experience with WFM, CRM, ACD platforms
- Strong SDLC & Agile knowledge
- Business requirements analysis & technical solution design
