Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching credential

- Strong collaboration skills for working with classroom staff, administration, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals and students’ unique strengths and needs
- Modify curriculum and classroom activities to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to ensure cohesive instructional strategies
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in regular IEP meetings
- Encourage social, behavioral, and emotional growth in a supportive classroom environment
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and legal requirements
