Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments incorporating clinical interviews, standardized tools, and relevant histories to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that focus on cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest psychotherapy techniques and mental health regulations to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to coordinate treatment plans and continue monitoring patient progress, striving to optimize therapy outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

- A Master's degree in a mental health-related field such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
- Current licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in mental health counseling, ideally in outpatient settings.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and active listening abilities to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Capability to tailor therapeutic approaches based on individual client assessments and progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
