Investment Operations Analyst
\n Our client, a well-established investment firm in the Bay Area, is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to support securities transactions, cash movements, investment reporting, and operational processes within its investment office.
This position will pay between $95-120K on a base salary, depending on experience and fit, and operates on a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate securities transactions, settlements, reconciliations, and complex securities
- Prepare daily cash forecasts and investment funding activity
- Manage cash transfers, wire setup, and fund movements
- Produce investment reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis
- Monitor investment approvals and maintain accurate investment/accounting data
- Research transaction details and resolve exceptions with brokers and custodians
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders on investment operations and projects

Ideal Background
\n
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with equity/fixed income securities, investment processing, and cash management
- Strong Excel, financial modeling, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with derivatives/complex financial instruments; Bloomberg a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong communicator
