Paraeducator Opportunity | Sacramento, CA

$22.00/Hour | Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Benefits Available

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking motivated and dependable Paraeducators to support students in Sacramento-area schools for the 2026–2027 school year.

If you're looking for a position that combines purpose, stability, and a predictable schedule, this could be a great fit. As a Paraeducator, you'll play an important role in helping students succeed both academically and socially while working alongside teachers and educational staff.

Position Details

Location: Sacramento, CA

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday

• 30–35 hours per week

• Typical school-day hours between 7:45 a.m. and 3:45 p.m.

• Additional opportunities may be available through after-school programs

School Year:

• August 11, 2026 – May 27, 2027

• Provide support to students throughout the school day

• Assist with classroom instruction and daily activities

• Encourage student engagement and participation

• Support positive behavior and classroom expectations

• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to help students achieve success
