Qualifications

<li>Previous experience as a daycare or preschool or aid</li>
<li>Strong understanding of child development</li>
<li>Patient, kind, and nurturing</li>
<li>Reliable</li>
<li>Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills</li>
<li>First aid/CPR certified</li>
