Guide clients through personalized care and resources
Be the key contact for families and clinical teams
Keep accurate, meaningful progress notes
Support (6) clients with compassion in groups and one-on-one
Advocate fiercely for client wellness every step of the way
???? What You Bring
2+ years in behavioral/mental health
High school diploma or GED
CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)
Strong communication, documentation, and heart
Calm, collaborative, client-first mindset
