Key Responsibilities

• Setup & Operation: Interpret job tickets, CAD files, and production layouts; set up and program the Zund cutter; load and align materials accurately jobs.taylor.com+1.
• Quality Control: Check first-off runs, monitor output for consistency, and make adjustments as needed vividimpact.applicantpro.com+1.
• Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and troubleshooting; replace cutting blades; detect and correct malfunctions SimplyHired.
• Record Keeping: Document product produced, enter job specs into required software (e.g., Pace), and maintain organized work areas
• Collaboration: Work with prepress, production, and other teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year operating a production machine; Zund cutter or router experience is a plus
• Skills:
