Physical Therapist – Hospital
Sonora, CA

We’re seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join the inpatient rehabilitation and acute care team in Sonora, California. This role is ideal for a PT experienced in hospital-based care, helping patients regain mobility, function, and independence.

Position Overview

• Evaluate, plan, and provide skilled physical therapy interventions for hospitalized patients

• Develop individualized treatment and discharge plans

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams

• Document patient progress accurately and timely

• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

• Active California PT license (or eligible for licensure)

• Current BLS certification

• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills

• Experience in hospital or acute care settings preferred
