This is a Contract position suited for someone who is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-focused setting. The role focuses on delivering reliable back-office support across print, copy, digital document handling, and related office services while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and strong client service standards.


Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming office service requests by reviewing job instructions, confirming requirements, and documenting work through appropriate tracking methods.

• Provide day-to-day support for copy, print, mail, scanning, and intake activities in both physical and digital formats while following established service procedures.

• Organize assignments based on urgency and service commitments to ensure completed work is produced and delivered within required timelines.

• Communicate promptly with clients, team members, or supervisors regarding deadlines, special instructions, and any issues that may affect service delivery.

• Perform basic troubleshooting on office equipment and replenish paper, toner, and other materials needed to keep machines operating efficiently.

• Check completed work for accuracy and quality, including your own output and, when needed, materials prepared by other team members.

• Handle sensitive documents with discretion and follow company and client policies related to confidentiality, security, and workplace procedures.

• Support additional front-office or site service functions, such as reception, hospitality, or audio/visual coordination, based on operational needs.

• Move and lift boxes, paper, and supplies as part of daily service activities, including items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Use resources responsibly and help maintain an orderly, cost-conscious office services environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of office services or administrative support experience, preferably within a legal, banking, or large corporate setting.
• Working knowledge of back-office operations such as reprographics, mail handling, scanning, records intake, or related document services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, sound organizational ability, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure.
• Ability to work independently, make appropriate routine decisions, and recognize when issues should be escalated.
• Comfortable handling confidential information and following established policies and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a dependable and positive approach.
