We are a dynamic and fast-paced Personal Injury Law firm committed to securing justice for our clients. We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Assistant (English/Spanish) to support our pre-litigation team and assist with day-to-day case management.

This position is ideal for a motivated professional with prior personal injury experience who thrives in a high-volume environment and takes pride in organization, accuracy, and client communication.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through demand
• Open insurance claims and communicate with insurance carriers
• Request and track medical bills and medical records
• Request documentation from insurance companies and third parties
• Screen and route incoming calls appropriately
• Request property damage estimates and supporting documentation
• Communicate with clients regarding treatment status, pain updates, and case progression
• Assist with drafting and preparing initial demand packages
• Maintain accurate case documentation and organization
• Provide general administrative and case support to the pre-litigation team
• Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned to support evolving business needs

Qualifications:

• Prior experience handling pre-litigation personal injury cases (Required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
• Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Detail-oriented and able to manage deadlines effectively
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Compensation & Benefits:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, with opportunity for bonuses.

Experience:

• Personal injury law: 2 years (Required)

Work Location & Schedule:

• In-Person, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Ability to Commute to Beverly Hills, CA 90212 (Required)
