We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn to identify property opportunities, build strong relationships with investors and homeowners, and grow a focused real estate business supported by rewarding commissions. This is a strong fit for someone who values structure, accountability, and a clear path toward consistent production.
You will learn how to evaluate properties, communicate with confidence, and move conversations from initial outreach through signed agreements and closing. With proven systems, targeted training, and mentorship from experienced acquisitions agents, you will build a steady pipeline and develop habits that support long term growth in real estate.

Compensation:
$140,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
- Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
- Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
- Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
- Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
- Prospect for acquisition properties
- Follow the team plan
- CRM mastery
Qualifications:
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
- Good communication
- Real Estate License Required in order to work with clients and earn commissions.
- Ability to work independently and in groups
