REVIVAL STYLIST + E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS
Revival is looking for a part time (25-28 hours an week) organized, fashion-focused team member to support our day-to-day styling, e-commerce, inventory, and fulfillment operations.
This is a behind-the-scenes, off-camera role for someone who loves fashion but is equally strong with organization, accuracy, and getting things done.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage Shopify orders and customer invoices
- Accurately log incoming inventory into our system
- Enter product details, pricing, sizing, condition, and other necessary information
- Tag, organize, and maintain inventory
- Pull merchandise for customer orders and sales
- Carefully pack and ship customer orders
- Create shipping labels and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Track shipments and help troubleshoot shipping or fulfillment issues
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and order adjustments
- Help reconcile sold inventory and maintain accurate inventory counts
- Organize merchandise by designer, category, drop, or upcoming sale
- Assist with styling and merchandising pieces for story sales, drops, and live shows
- Prep and organize merchandise before sales and help process sold items afterward
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and elevated showroom/workspace
- Assist the team with day-to-day operational needs
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable, efficient, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Shopify experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with inventory management, retail, e-commerce, or fulfillment is a plus
- Strong understanding of fashion, designers, sizing, and garment categories
- Good eye for styling and merchandising
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Takes ownership of their work and notices what needs to be done without always being asked
- Comfortable handling high-value luxury merchandise with care
