San Diego-based private real estate lender looking for a sharp, organized and dependable Loan Operations & Servicing Associate to join a fast paced team.
\n
\n
This is an operations-focused position supporting our lending and loan servicing activities. You'll work with our team to keep loan files organized, servicing information accurate, borrower communications timely, and new transactions moving forward.
\n
\n
We're looking for someone who has strong attention to detail, good common sense, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in private lending, mortgage, escrow, title, banking or loan servicing is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
\n

What You'll Do
\n
- \n
- Assist with day-to-day loan servicing and loan administration.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical loan files.
- Update loan information and activity in Salesforce and other systems.
- Assist with onboarding new loans to our third-party servicing company.
- Monitor insurance and other required loan documentation.
- Prepare routine borrower communications and payment reminders.
- Assist with payoff and closed-loan processing.
- Communicate professionally with borrowers, escrow, title and servicing companies.
- Assist with new loan openings and document collection as experience grows.
- Support annual audits and special projects.
