Job Description
We are seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to support Flexflow solutions, ERP integrations, system interfaces, and operational support. The role will gather business and operational requirements, develop and customize solutions, and support new customer onboarding. The analyst will perform functional and integration testing, provide L2/L3 incident support, and conduct root cause analysis with corrective and preventive actions. The position requires strong programming, SQL/MSSQL, SQL Reporting Services, and .NET skills, along with strong analytical and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from customers, business teams, and operations to map solutions.
- Create and customize Flexflow to support new requirements and projects.
- Support new customer onboarding in collaboration with various teams.
- Standardize solutions and prepare playbooks and documentation for repeatable execution.
- Design and implement Flexflow-Baan ERP, test equipment, and external customer system interfaces.
- Perform functional and integration testing of implemented solutions.
- Provide day-to-day L2/L3 incident support for Flexflow.
- Perform root cause analysis and support preventive and corrective actions.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for solution and development teams.
Required Skills
- Very strong programming skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience with Flexflow design and operations support.
- Strong command of SQL/MSSQL, SQL Reporting Services, and .NET.
- Knowledge of systems integration and interfacing protocols/concepts.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
