Rocklin, CA (onsite)

Responsibilities:
- Process weekly certified payroll for multiple prevailing wage projects.
- Prepare, review, and submit certified payroll reports through LCPtracker and other owner-required platforms.
- Manage compliance with California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) requirements.
- Review and validate prevailing wage classifications, fringe benefits, and apprentice requirements.
- Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation for audits and client requests.
- Coordinate with project managers, accounting teams, subcontractors, and government agencies regarding payroll compliance matters.
- Monitor labor compliance requirements, wage determinations, and legislative updates.
- Assist with certified payroll audits, owner requests, and agency inquiries.
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies, worker classifications, and wage-related issues.
- Ensure timely submission of labor compliance documentation, DAS forms, and related reporting.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience processing certified payroll for construction or public works projects.
- Strong proficiency with LCPtracker.
- Extensive knowledge of California DIR, prevailing wage laws, and public works compliance.
- Experience with labor compliance reporting, apprentice tracking, and fringe benefit calculations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
