Electrical Engineer/PCB Design (1-2 spots)

PCB Design Engineer - Seeking a PCB Design Engineer to own the design, simulation, bring-up, validation, and production ramp of complex boards for space, defense, and national security applications.

Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Design high-speed PCBAs and schematics using Altium.
- Simulate circuits and analyze signal integrity using LTspice and HyperLynx.
- Support boards incorporating power, FPGAs, DDR, Ethernet PHYs, PLLs, voltage regulators, imagers, and related interfaces.
- Guide PCB layout and collaborate with signal integrity, mechanical, power, manufacturing, and systems teams.
- Develop test plans, troubleshoot designs in the lab, and support system integration and production ramp.
- Perform component derating and support Worst-Case Circuit Analysis (WCA).

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years of high-speed PCB design experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital logic, signal integrity, power circuitry, board simulation, processors, DSPs, and system architecture.
- Experience taking boards from bring-up through production.
- Must be a U.S. person.
- Space-based hardware, analog and power design, hands-on PCB layout, and WCA experience are highly preferred.
