Distribution Associate (Case Picker)
Location: Redlands, CA (On-site)
Pay: $18.50/hour (W2)
Schedule: 1st shift | 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM | Full-time (40 hours/week)
Type: Temporary (ongoing; long-term potential)
Job Summary
We’re hiring a Distribution Associate (Case Picker) to support warehouse/material distribution operations, ensuring accurate order picking, packing, and shipment preparation.
What You’ll Do
- Pick customer orders by reading pick tickets/labels and scanning barcodes
- Case pick and label boxes for shipment
- Palletize completed orders (scan/retrieve/place orders on pallets)
- Use RF/handheld scanning devices to process orders
- Verify accuracy and assist with packaging for shipment
- Support other warehouse functions as needed (dock/manifest support, shrink wrap, etc.)
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) (required)
- Strong, accurate case picking experience
- Comfortable reading pick tickets/labels and using RF scanners/handheld devices
- Safety shoes required
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
