The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the development and execution of initiatives that foster an inclusive, equitable, and engaged workplace. This position partners with DEI leadership, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and cross-functional teams to coordinate programs, training, events, and engagement activities that advance organizational DEI priorities. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for creating positive employee experiences and ensuring DEI initiatives are delivered effectively, efficiently, and with measurable impact. Through strong project coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and data management, the DEI Coordinator helps strengthen a culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed. Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience - Required
  • 3+ years of experience working in an Administrative/Coordinator role - Required, and
  • 1+ year of experience working in a Diversity Equity & inclusion department or role - Required, or
  • 1 + year cumulative experience contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, which may include participation on a DEI council or committee, facilitation of learning programs (e.g., Mind Sciences), delivery of microlearning sessions, or employee resource group leadership.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) - Required
  • Demonstrated experience with diversity, equity and inclusion concepts and commitment to continued learning - Required

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Coordinate and schedule logistics for meetings, DEI trainings and identity observances, and other training events to include but not limited to the following: manage calendars, send announcements, order supplies, print handouts, provide technical support, schedule training teams and participants, manage event logistics (venue, food), and track and follow-up on action items and attendance.
  • Maintain organized shared files for all groups and projects both internal to department and shared with agency.
  • Track and coordinate workplan progress and recruiting cycles for DEI Council and external trainings.
  • Assist with editing and formatting documents and presentations; video recording; editing, posting and maintenance of files.
  • Maintain and collect accreditation documents for DEI and Talent Development.
  • Assist and complete special projects by assigned deadline.
  • Coordinate tasks and duties in the company's online learning platform, the CAL. Support registration of training programs, provide Level 1 support to system administrators and users, partner with the LMS Manager to help support required training cycles, support the mid-cycle and accreditation process, and conduct regular auditing and reporting in the LMS.
