<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Operate thermoformer and packaging equipment at a rate that equals or exceeds quality and production standards</li>
<li>Troubleshoot routine process problems and assist with tooling and product changeovers</li>
<li>Maintain adequate supplies for all line equipment to ensure continual operation</li>
<li>Complete required quality checks and production reports in an efficient and timely manner</li>
<li>Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Standards, and Safe Work Practices</li>
<li>Maintain work area in an organized, safe, and clean manner</li>
<li>Provide relief to other members of the team as necessary</li>
<li>Able to perform Packer functions</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1+ year of experience as Machine Operator, preferably in the plastics manufacturing industry</li>
<li>Successfully completed all training for Machine Operator Associate position</li>
<li>Demonstrated abilities as a team player, good cooperation, and communication skills</li>
<li>Must be able to read, write, &amp; understand basic English</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs</li>
