ABOUT THE ROLE
Help coordinate schedules and service coverage so individuals receive
dependable support. This role works closely with supervisors,
educators, individuals, and families.
KEY DUTIES
- Coordinate appointments, visits, and services for individuals and supervisors.
- Maintain accurate schedules and help ensure reliable coverage.
- Communicate schedule updates with individuals, families, supervisors, and staff.
- Track changes, cancellations, and call-outs; follow up and help arrange coverage.
- Keep scheduling records and documentation current.
- Provide professional customer service and other support as assigned.

Location: Whittier, CA
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably 2 years or more of scheduling experience.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Clear communication and professional follow-through.
- Scheduling or human services.
- experience preferred.
- ILS or Regional Center experience is a plus.
- Bilingual preferred.
- CPR/ First Aid required.
