Compensation:

Position Summary &amp; Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions
</li>
<li>
Provide skilled therapy services and documentation
</li>
<li>
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
</li>
<li>
Maintain productivity and quality standards
</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>
Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
</li>
<li>
Outpatient ortho and/or sports rehab experience required
</li>
<li>
Strong knowledge of evidence-based orthopedic treatment
</li>
<li>
Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
</li>
</ul>
