This is a remote position.

At Spakinect, we believe in delivering exceptional telehealth experiences, and our Operations Support Specialist plays a key role in making that happen. This remote front-line position interacts with both our valued clients as well as our internal team of telehealth providers. The Specialist will focus on responding to inbound client and provider inquiries and deliver top notch customer service. In addition, this role will take the lead on daily operational tasks that support our clinical operations team. Expected Work Schedule:

This full-time role will require the employee to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Requirements

  1. Promptly review and respond to inbound support tickets, following SOPs and escalating as needed.

  2. Receive inbound customer calls and address client questions / needs

  3. Update client-facing information on our website

  4. Monitor the provider network, posting daily key information for the team and escalating network issues to management

  5. Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support Ops-related projects

  6. Assist providers with basic IT support for our technology suite

  7. Contact clients on behalf of the clinical team (e.g. follow-up after a patient visit)

  8. Respond to and initiate licensing-related internal communications with providers

  9. Support licensing-related projects with task tracking and compiling necessary documentation from state nursing and medical boards.

  10. Demonstrate on a daily basis the organization’s Vision, Mission and Core Values.

  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent with 2-years related experience.


Language Skills

Ability to write professional correspondence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate succinctly and positively. Must have a good command of grammar, spelling and punctuation. Ability to actively listen, and summarize and relay information appropriately.


Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Must have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; strong organizational skills and detail oriented; good follow through skills; and the ability to prioritize and work effectively with all departments. Ability to work independently and productively.


Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge and practical experience of MS Office, Google Workspace, and e-mail. Experience using
