Job Description:
The Jr. Research and Education Institute at University is seeking college students or recent college graduates in the humanities and social sciences for temporary, part-time positions involving digitization of documents. Document sorting specialists will prepare primary source historical materials related to the life and work of Martin Luther King, Jr. for delivery to an outside vendor for scanning by reviewing physical copies and ensuring they match the recorded metadata. Candidates must be able to adhere to deadlines, exercise sound judgment, and pay attention to detail. Experience with library research and working with primary documents is preferred.
