ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join a supportive school district in Sacramento, CA for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting students with special needs and helping them achieve success both academically and socially.
Position Details

Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to students receiving special education services
- Assist with classroom activities, academic instruction, and behavioral interventions
- Support students in achieving Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff
- Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Assist with daily living and personal care tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow teacher and administrative direction
- Must meet all state and district requirements
