Position: Electro-Mechanical and Electronics Skilled Trainee (Shop Assistant)

Starting Wage: From $18.50/hr (increases based on skill progression)
Schedule: Full-time, 90-day probationary period

The Role:
We are seeking a responsible, skilled Trainee with strong mechanical aptitude and electronic board repair knowledge. This position is designed to assist our shop supervisor with electronics while cross-training across multiple shop stations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Hands-on mechanical experience and a background fixing circuit/electronic boards.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, common-sense problem-solving, and a desire to learn.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on motor shop environment.

Starting at $18.50 minimum wage. Increases depend on knowledge. 90-day probation
