The Position
You will provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care through a combination of virtual visits and scheduled in-person clinic coverage. The organization uses a collaborative, team-based model designed to support clinical quality, provider efficiency, and continuity of care.
Responsibilities

Provide preventive, acute, and chronic pediatric care

Conduct well-child visits and developmental assessments

Diagnose and manage common pediatric conditions

Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

Educate parents and caregivers regarding treatment, prevention, and childhood wellness

Deliver pediatric care through both telemedicine and in-person visits

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with physicians, advanced-practice providers, and clinical support teams

Provide culturally responsive care to a diverse patient population
Qualifications

MD or DO degree
-
Active California medical license
-
Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics

Outpatient pediatric experience preferred

Comfortable providing both telemedicine and in-person care

Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Spanish, Russian, Farsi, or Pashto language skills are a plus
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $250,000–$320,000, based on experience and qualifications
