This is a fantastic chance for a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Gastroenterologist to join a growing team serving the Modesto and Stockton areas in California. Work in a collaborative environment supported by experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), cutting-edge AI technology, and streamlined workflows that enable physicians to concentrate on delivering top-notch patient care rather than focusing on RVUs.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- Full-time position in Adult General Gastroenterology
- ERCP skills are appreciated but not mandatory
- Workload consists of approximately 60-70% procedures and 30-40% clinic visits
- Average of 14 procedures on full procedure days
- Shared call among physicians, ensuring equal distribution regardless of experience
- Weekend call approximately every 10-11 weeks
- Strong support from both physician and regional call teams
- Utilization of AI-assisted documentation and advanced Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Dedicated support from three Nurse Practitioners for consults, motility services, and patient management
- H-1B sponsorship is available
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Starting salary of $600,000
- $400,000 forgivable recruitment loan, provided upfront and forgiven over years 5-7
