Overview:

The Labor Relations Analyst, under the direction of the Director/Manager of Labor Relations, uses professional labor relations concepts and applies organizational policies and procedures to perform a wide variety of functions that support the Labor Relations (LR) Team and facilitate union relations for the client enterprise.

- Minimum of two (2) years of progressive Human Resources or related professional experience.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
