Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Analyst to support property management technology operations for a Contract position based in Fresno, California. This role will focus on administering and improving Yardi-related applications, helping teams work more effectively across leasing, operations, and accounting functions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, hands-on systems knowledge, and the ability to turn operational needs into practical system solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day administration of Yardi Voyager and related platforms, including access controls, configuration updates, and user permission maintenance.
• Investigate complex application issues, resolve system-related problems, and provide responsive support to end users across property management functions.
• Deliver training and guidance to staff so teams can use core applications efficiently and follow established processes.
• Contribute to software deployments, module launches, integration efforts, and user acceptance testing to support evolving business needs.
• Work with internal stakeholders and outside technical partners to gather requirements and convert business objectives into system enhancements.
• Create and maintain process documentation, configuration records, and support materials to improve consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor data quality and reporting outputs to help ensure reliable information for operational and financial decision-making.
• Support compliance with security standards, internal controls, and system governance practices across property management applications.
• Assist with initiatives involving RentCafe and additional module expansions, including solutions used for affordable or regulated housing programs.• At least 2 years of hands-on experience supporting or administering Yardi Voyager.
• Experience working with property management systems, real estate operations, or property accounting environments.
• Familiarity with RentCafe and Procure to Pay (P2P) platforms is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to support software implementations, system configuration, and application integrations.
• Working knowledge of reporting, data validation, security administration, and troubleshooting within business systems.
• Strong business analysis, document review, and data analysis skills with the ability to identify practical improvements.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience supporting affordable housing or other regulated property programs is a plus.
