Use and maintenance of Lawn Mowers, Trimmers, chainsaws, rototillers, stump grinders, pressure washers

Responsibilites

Stick to assigned schedule
Show upo reliably and on time
Work quickly, be responsible for the outcome
use our truck and trailer
Perform repair and maintenance on rental properties incl drip irrigation, sprinkler landscape
General landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor areas in good condition
Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, power tools, chainsaws, and skilsaws chopsaws safely and efficiently
Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper covergaes and watering schedules
Manage pest control through proper pesticide application
Use power tools, drills, grinders, chop saws, handheld saws as assigned

Can be salary or 1099
