We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rural critical access hospital team. The facility has a capacity of 25 beds, including 4 ICU beds and 4 beds dedicated to women’s health, along with an activity and rehabilitation room. This role provides a dynamic and supportive environment to care for patients and support their rehabilitation needs.

The coverage is generally from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with a typical start time of 8:30 AM and a flexible 30-minute lunch break that may vary between 11 AM and 1:30 PM based on patient needs. Weekend coverage is available for physical therapy, scheduled based on the number of patients requiring care, usually between 8 AM and 5 PM.

- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients within a rural critical access setting.
- Adapt daily schedules and treatment plans based on patient load and needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals during morning huddles to assess outpatient coverage requirements.
- Manage and communicate weekend therapy needs according to the number of patients needing assistance.

Qualifications\n

- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, especially in critical access or rural environments, is preferred.
