We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and responsible Production Worker to join our food production team in Fresno, California.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, works well with others, and takes their job responsibilities seriously.
The employee will assist with processing, preparing, and packaging peanuts, snacks, and other food products while following company procedures, food safety requirements, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the production, processing, and packaging of peanuts, snacks, and other food products.
- Operate basic production equipment after receiving training.
- Follow recipes, production procedures, and work instructions.
- Measure, prepare, process, and package products as assigned.
- Check products for quality and proper packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving ingredients or finished products when needed.
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team.
- Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor or Lead.
- Perform other production duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- No previous food production experience required.
- Willingness to learn and receive training.
- Dependable and punctual with good attendance.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Able to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Able to work well with others.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks during the workday.
- Able to lift and move materials as required by the position.
- Must follow food safety and workplace safety requirements.
