Earn $20.00-$24.50/hr + Weekend Premium Pay

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
*Sunday availability is essential for this position.

The client needs moderate help with daily activities. Experience working with clients who have OCD and anxiety is preferred. We're looking for someone who is patient, understanding, and detail-oriented.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship for seniors in their homes
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Monitor changes in clients' condition and communicate updates with our care team
• Support seniors living with memory loss through engaging activities and meaningful companionship
• Follow individualized care plans to help clients remain safe and independent

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Family caregiving, volunteer experience, and classroom training are also considered
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA)
• Not registered yet? We'll help you through the process.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available to work weekends to qualify for the hiring bonus
• Reliable transportation to travel between client homes

Physical Requirements

This position requires assisting clients with mobility and transfers, lifting up to 35 lbs frequently (50 lbs occasionally), pushing wheelchairs or medical equipment, and standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout your shift.
