Distribution Specialist II
Location: El Segundo, CA (Onsite)
Shift: Swing Shift, 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM (4 days/week, 10 hrs/day)
Pay: $32.74/hr on W2
JD Summary
The Distribution Specialist II supports warehouse, inventory, and supply chain operations in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process GMP and non-GMP materials.
- Material handling, storage, transfer, and shipping.
- Pick, pack, dispense, and kit materials for manufacturing.
- Deliver raw materials, samples, and finished products.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting.
- Perform ERP inventory transactions.
- Monitor Kanban replenishment systems.
- Stage outbound shipments and deliveries.
- Follow SOPs, cGMP, safety, and quality procedures.
- Escalate inventory or material discrepancies.
Required Experience
- 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience.
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Basic understanding of cGMP environment.
- Experience with inventory management and ERP systems.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
