Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in various areas of the facility, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and report any issues to management.
- Assist with setting up and taking down furniture for events and meetings.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in janitorial or building maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
- Flexible schedule and availability for occasional overtime or weekend work.

- Heavy Material Handling
- Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Maintenance
- Spindle Maintenance & Repair
