Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in California
- Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting
- Familiarity with IEPs and therapy documentation for K-12 students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Adaptable and able to work independently within a school team environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver PT services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine therapy needs and create measurable goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student development
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of all interventions and progress
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
