Applicant must be capable of ensuring construction site adheres to building codes and regulations.&nbsp; Applicant will conduct on site inspections, verify compliance with approved plans and maintain detailed records.&nbsp; Must have ACI Certification, ICC Reinforced Certification is a plus. &nbsp; Responsibilities&nbsp;

Qualifications

<li>UT Testing a plus</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of state building codes and regulations&nbsp;</li>
<li>Familiarity with construction sites, best practices, and safety regulations</li>
<li>The ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions</li>
