Job DescriptionOur client is firmly established as a leading electronics manufacturer. This top notch company is currently looking to hire an experienced Warehouse Clerk for their operations in Anaheim.
Position: Warehouse Clerk
Location: Anaheim, CA
Hours: 7am to 3:30pm
Pay rate: $20-$22
Position Summary
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials and parts while maintaining accurate inventory records. This position supports warehouse and repair operations by ensuring materials are available when needed and transactions are properly documented.
Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials, parts, and supplies.
- Pick, pack, issue, and stage materials for repair and production activities.
- Process material transactions and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Track inventory levels and investigate discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Handle returned materials and process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) as required.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
- Prepare shipping and receiving documentation and maintain required records.
- Support customer repair operations by ensuring parts and materials are properly received, stored, and issued.
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of warehouse, stockroom, or inventory control experience, preferably in a manufacturing or repair environment.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Experience handling parts, returned materials, and inventory transactions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and resolve material discrepancies.
- Forklift certification or previous experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to safely lift and move warehouse materials as required.
