RN – Obstetrics (OB) Delano, CA
We’re seeking an experienced OB Registered Nurse to join a supportive labor and delivery team in Delano, California. This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about maternal and newborn care in a hospital setting.
Position Overview
<ul>
<li>
Provide comprehensive care to mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum
</li>
<li>
Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond to changes in condition
</li>
<li>
Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
</li>
<li>
Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with OB providers, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary teams
</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>
Active California RN license
</li>
<li>
BLS &amp; NRP required; ACLS preferred
</li>
<li>
Minimum 1–2 years OB/L&amp;D experience preferred
</li>
<li>
Strong fetal monitoring and newborn care skills
</li>
<li>
Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
</li>
</ul>
