Road Warrior Staffing is hiring experienced CDL A Regional Drivers in Riverside and San Diego, California for a full-time opportunity with competitive mileage pay, a guaranteed weekly minimum, and late-model equipment.

This position is ideal for professional solo drivers who value dependable trucks, consistent regional freight, and direct communication with a driver-focused transportation company. Drivers operate power-only equipment hauling loadout trailers across California, Arizona, Nevada, and Oregon, with plans to expand operations throughout the 11 Western states.

Drivers can earn $0.50–$0.70 per mile, depending on experience, with a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week. Additional earning opportunities include hiring and safety bonuses.

This regional position typically requires spending two to three weeks on the road, followed by three to four days at home. Drivers benefit from late-model Kenworth equipment, carrier APUs, a dedicated driver manager, and roadside assistance support.

Pay and Compensation

Routes and Home Time

Duties

Safely operate a Class A tractor and haul loadout trailers on assigned regional routes.
Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Identify and report equipment defects, maintenance concerns, and safety issues.
Meet scheduled pickup and delivery appointments.
Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delays, route changes, and delivery status.
Maintain accurate electronic logs and required transportation documentation.
Comply with DOT regulations, hours-of-service requirements, and company safety policies.
Handle freight paperwork and related delivery documentation.
Maintain professional communication with dispatch, customers, and other transportation personnel.

Qualifications

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A) held for at least 2 years.
At least 1 year of verifiable commercial truck driving experience within the past 3 years.
No major accidents within the past 3 years.
No more than 2 minor accidents.
No felony convictions.
Ability to meet applicable DOT, company, and insurance requirements.
Dependable work habits and a strong commitment to safe driving.
Effective communication skills.
Willingness to travel regionally and follow the established home-time schedule.
